Refund policy

Because each piece is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns
or exchanges for buyer's remorse (wrong size or colour chosen, changed your
mind). Please check the size guide before ordering — poster dimensions and
apparel sizing are on every listing.

We will replace or refund, free, if:
• the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or
• you received the wrong item.

Email hello@modelandmachine.com within 30 days of delivery with your order
number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full
refund — no need to ship the damaged one back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
of approval.
