Shipping policy

Every Model & Machine piece — posters, tees and mugs — is made to order:
printed the moment you buy it, so nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing
goes to waste.

Production: 2–5 business days to print and quality-check.

Shipping: added on top of production. Typical delivery — US 3–7 business days,
International 10–20 business days after production.

Where: we ship worldwide.

How: posters ship rolled in a protective tube to arrive crease-free; apparel
and mugs ship in protective packaging. A tracking number is emailed when your
order leaves the print facility.

Customs and duties (international): any import fees are set by your country
and are the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier and customs delays
are outside our control. If something's badly delayed, email us and we'll
chase it.
